Benzyl Alcohol (BA)

Benzyl alcohol is a colorless liquid with a mild pleasant aromatic odor. It is a useful as a solvent for its polarity, low toxicity, and low vapor pressure. BA has moderate solubility in water (4 g/100 mL) and is miscible in alcohols and diethyl ether. [R]

Benzyl Benzoate (BB)

Benzyl Benzoate is a steroid powder solvent, which is used as a solubilizing agent and nonaqueous solvent in intramuscular injections at concentrations of 0.01-46.0% v/v.

Ethyl Oleate (EO)

Ethyl oleate is a fatty acid ester formed by the condensation of oleic acid and ethanol. It is a colorless oil. It is used by compounding pharmacies as a vehicle for intramuscular drug delivery. Ethyl oleate is used as a solvent for pharmaceutical drug preparations involving lipophilic substances such as steroids. Its oxidative stability helps extend the shelf life of compounds, and its low viscosity provides for easy injections. [R] 

GRAPE SEED Oil

GRAPE SEED Oil is rich in palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, as well as alpha linolenic, icosanoic, icosenoic, and docosanoic fatty acids all of which help with barrier repair, reduction of inflammation, and reduction of itching.

Sesame Oil

Sesame Oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from sesame seeds. It can be used as a solvent in injected drugs or intravenous drip solutions. [R]

Guaiacol

Guaiacol is a phenolic compound containing a methoxy functional group. It appears as a viscous colorless oil, although aged or impure samples are often yellowish. Guaiacol is used medicinally as an expectorant, antiseptic, and local anesthetic. [R]

Polysorbate 80

Polysorbate 80 is a surfactant and solubilizer used in a variety of oral and topical pharmaceutical products. [R]

190 Proof Grain Alcohol

The 190-proof variant of Everclear is 92.4% ethanol by weight and is thus produced at approximately the practical limit of distillation purity.

How to make steroid injections less painful? The quality of the steroid raw materials and various solvents must be as high as possible throughout the production process, and the tools need to be sterilized and kept sterile, because the quality of your final product will be built on these important conditions.

Keep in mind that in the process of learning how to make steroid injections, you may make mistakes the first few times. But don’t be discouraged, everyone has a learning process and makes mistakes. Focus on your mistakes, summarize them, and learn from them.

I would advise everyone avoid crimping your own vials, it just leads for too much room for error.

If you are brewing at home and using it yourself, a 100 ml vial is a better choice.

Syringes should be used to measure the BA/BB and ideally the oil as well (GSO is so easy to use a 60ml syringe to draw from with no needle), most graduated cylinders aren’t accurate enough especially for quantities as small as BA.

Testosterone enanthate 250mg/ml Homebrew Steps (As an example)

Convert Steroid Powders into an Injectable form, here’s an example of a testosterone enanthate conversion recipe, this steroid conversion is meant for the longer estered anabolic steroids such as deca durabolin, testosterone enanthate, trenbolone enanthate etc. This is a very easy conversion method. Please keep your area as sterile as possible, The more sterile you are when converting steroids, the less chance you have for a bacteria releated abcess.

We will do 250ml of testosterone enanthate injection with a concentration of 250mg/ml, and the Ingredients we need are:

Ingredients Needed

• 62.5 grams Test Enanthate powder
• 5 ml Benzyl Alcohol
• 45 ml Benzyl Benzoate
• 153.13 ml Grapeseed Oil

Equipment Required

• A digital weighing device (+-0.1 or 0.01)
• A frying pan
• 25 sets of 10 ml-capacity vials (each set should include a cap, rubber stopper, and bottle)
• 0.22 um Syringe filter
• A syringe with a 20 ml/60 ml capacity and an 18–21 gauge needle.
• A 3ml syringe with a needle of gauge 18–21
• 500mL Beaker with Glass mixing Rod
• Alcohol swabs
• A hand crimper
• Little bits of paper
• Thermometer
• Pot

Home sterilization of glassware and rubber stoppers, pressure cooker filled with Distilled water for glassware and cooked dry in the oven at 250F for 45 minutes.

Rubber or silicone stoppers soaked in 91% isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes. Prepare a tray placed in the oven of all your sterile supplies so you don’t touch anything.

Wear nitrile gloves, a synthetic non-loose fiber long sleeve jacket and a N95 mask so you don’t breath into your brew, have a cover plate to cover over your brew as you heat it with a coffee cup warmer.

Step1: Weigh out 62.5 grams of testosterone enanthate powder

Take a clean piece of paper and place it on a digital weighing device, weigh it, then slowly add testosterone enanthate powder upwards until the scale reads the weight of the paper plus 62.5g total.

Step 2: Put the 62.5g powder into the beaker

After weighing the powder, put it into the beaker.

Step 3: Add 5ml of Benzyl Alcohol (BA)

Step 4: Add 45 ml of Benzyl Benzoate (BB)

Place the beaker in the pot and add about an inch of water to the pot and heat it to about 80 degrees Celsius, or add hot water to about 80 degrees Celsius directly into the pot. Gently stir the liquid clockwise with a glass rod. Observe the dissolution of the powder until the liquid is completely clear, at which point the powder has melted. Please be careful that steam mix into the solutions when warming.

Step 5: Add 153.13 ml warmed grapeseed oil to the solution.

Slowly stir with a glass rod to combine the grapeseed oil with the liquid.

Step 6: Filter the solution

Draw up the solution into the syringe you will be filtering with. This can be a single large syringe or this can be repeated multiple times with a smaller syringe.

Remove the 0.22um Sterile Syringe Filter from its packaging and fix a new needle to the smaller side and then apply to the syringe. Wipe the top of the sterile vial with an alcohol swab and insert the new needle in it. (If you have a larger filter with pump, please wait the solutions cool down then filter them.)

The second needle equalizes the pressure as the solution enters the vial. Apply pressure to the syringe plunger to filter the mixture. This is the most important part of this entire process as it is what sterilizes your products. All finished steroids from any steroid lab must go through this process.

All above process will take around 40 minutes and has required zero skill.

Step 7: Crimp them with flip-off caps

Use flip-top sealing the vials, you get the finished steroid oil.
